Sterile, neutral pH, premixed solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP are available for use in DNA synthesis reactions including PCR. The premixed dNTPs solutions are available at two concentrations, either 2.5 mM or 25 mM of each dNTP. Each solution is sufficient for at least 1,000 50-µL reactions at concentrations used in typical reactions with most DNA polymerases.

Storage Buffer: dNTP solutions are made with sterile deionized water and adjusted to pH 7.0.

Quality Control: All Epicentre dNTP solutions meet spectrophotometric criteria and are function-tested using our DNA polymerases.
