The Helium Spectrophotometer quantifies nucleic acids and proteins in just a few simple steps.
The instrument will compress the sample instead of stretching it during the measurement, resulting in no column breaking and greater accuracy in measurements.
The device can also precisely control the path length and change accordingly for different concentrations, meaning you can measure a wide concentration range without diluting the sample.
All important measurement information is displayed on the 7″ touchscreen, inlcuding concentration, absorbance, and purity ratios.
Additionally, the SmartPath™ technology used by this system means that Helium doesn’t require scheduled calibration.
It’s also super simple to maintain, not requiring any routine maintenance other than just cleaning the sample surfaces, making it truly a robust device for all teaching and lab applications.
