The workflow requires minimal hands-on time and allows 100% recovery of antibody without purification. The resulting conjugates perform comparably to pre-labeled antibodies from leading suppliers, are stable for long-term storage, and ideal for multi-color imaging and multiplex flow cytometry. In addition, antibody labeling can be conducted in the presence of many common buffer components such as BSA, gelatin, azide and low concentrations of Tris. Mix-n-Stain™ antibody labeling kits are offered with a wide variety of labels including ~30 bright and photostable fluorescent CF® dyes, fluorescent proteins, enzymes, biotin, and other labels.
