Dr. Neves and his team have genotyped 100’s of species and projects.
Flex-Seq offers highly targeted, fast, flexible and effective sequencing-based genotyping to characterize up to 45,000 loci in plants and animals, such as maize, cotton, cattle, and pig. By sequencing a target loci, the process can genotype SNPs, indels and short haplotypes formed by adjacent variants present within the target region being sequenced. This customizable and targeted genotyping platform is available as a service and commercial kit. The automation-friendly workflow makes Flex-Seq ideal for labs processing large volume of samples.
